That picture… too true!
Two 9lb babies and a cake addiction — I could probably wear it as a skirt! 🤣
But let’s be honest… we all have body hang-ups.
At some point we’ve all worried that:
• our bum is too big
• our belly is too wobbly
• our arms are too skinny
• or some other body part we’ve decided to criticise.
The truth is, every body has a story.
Pregnancy.
Injury.
Illness.
Disability.
Hormones.
Life.
All of these shape how our bodies look and how they function.
But here’s the important bit…
No one is judging you for how you look when you exercise.
Everyone else is too busy thinking about their own wobbly bits!
So…
Pop on your most supportive sports bra.
Pull on your favourite joggers or leggings and a T-shirt (full Lycra absolutely not required).
And just get moving.
Your body deserves movement — exactly as it is.
