I am delighted to announce our first special retreat evening of Autumn 2025.
Join Laura and Kathryn for a blissful two hour self-care special. Immerse your mind, body and senses with light, scent, sound and feeling. Experience the gentle flickering light of over 300 candles, in a warmed and gently scented room.
Laura will firstly guide you through a gentle and restorative stretch using pillows and blankets to support your body. You will benefit from a full body, head to toe, gentle stretch to release muscular and mental tension alongside and breathing techniques and guided relaxation will help to promote a healing of the nervous and immune system total release and relax for the whole body and mind.
In the second half of the session Kathryn will begin the sound bath to bring you deeper into a state of wellbeing. The ancient art of sound healing involves using various instruments, each tuned to specific frequencies, to create healing vibrations. These vibrations resonate with your body, impacting 100% of your cells and offering the same benefits as meditation such as deep relaxation, stress relief, and emotional release.
Health disclaimer: Sound healing has been practiced for centuries across cultures, providing a safe and effective way to enhance wellbeing. Whilst it is a non-invasive and gentle therapy, there are instances where you may need to consult your practitioner or health adviser before participating due to the vibrational frequencies of the instruments. Understanding these contraindications ensures that you receive the maximum benefit from the experience while keeping your health and safety a priority.
If you have any concerns about the session please consult your healthcare provider and speak to us before booking.
