You can see here one side of the body is couched up and over compensating. Coupled with other daily tasks that create one sidedness it’s easy to see why so many people have pain and discomfort . Severe trauma, injury scars and surgery scars will also impact on this one sidedness. Life and injury causes over-use of certain muscle, wasting or damage to others. This causes pain, discomfort, sleepless nights……

Get booked into a physio, osteopath or soft tissue therapist for treatment…….(£50-70 is totally worth it……you’d easily spend twice this on a night out)…. do the prescribed exercises….Follow up your appointment .
Go to yoga, Pilates or Stretch classes….(£6-10 …..the price of a bottle of wine)….Don’t quit after 2 sessions !!
Go to a good personal trainer (£25 - pub lunch with a drink) ….. follow the advice.
Years of imbalance will take TIME to rectify……if you are 30 and in pain do something …..you could have 60 years more on this planet…..it will get worse if you don’t take steps now.
