There is something available for everyone to enjoy. When you stay active, your body becomes more flexible, stronger and has a freer feel of movement and balance. Any activity you choose will benefit your mind and your body together as one. What the mind feels, the body will follow. When we choose to exercise we release feel good endorphins which leads to a more positive mindset. The second truth is that if we don't move out body we lose strength, stamina and mobility.

Exactly what exercise method you should choose depends on what you enjoy. Exercise does not necessarily mean high impact; it can also be team sports, walking, stretching, strength training or body conditioning. There's no point in doing exercise if you're not enjoying it!

Group exercise can increase success rates for participants. When everyone is together performing the same exercise it feels exhilarating! Group exercise classes also have a great community feel and people celebrate each others successes. .

If you don't feel ready to exercise in a large group then small group training or one-to-one sessions can help you to grow in confidence.
