MYTH !! I'm too inflexible to do a stretch class

One myth of stretching is that you need to be flexible to come to a class. You certainly do not! Being able to touch your toes or do the splits is not required nor ever needs to be achieved. Everyone has differing levels of flexibility which are affected by age, lifestyle, accident or illness…Everyone benefits from a good stretch and mobility session regardless fitness level…why …because it prevents injury promotes healing and feels great.
