It doesn’t need to be intense — walking, strength training, yoga, dancing, and swimming all count. Consistency matters most.
Pair movement with heart-supportive nutrition:
Plenty of vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and fibre
Healthy fats such as olive oil, nuts, seeds, and oily fish
Lean protein to support muscle and metabolism
Fewer ultra-processed foods, excess sugar, and salt
Menopause isn’t a setback — it’s an opportunity to reset, refocus, and protect long-term health. Small daily habits add up and make a lasting difference to heart health.
