Thank You for an Incredible Year of Movement, Community & Magic

To all of my wonderful classmates,
Thank you for the most amazing year of fitness magic. 💫
It’s been a busy and exciting year, with the introduction of new classes to the timetable. Kinisi Flow in particular has been a real success. Many of those attending have noticed a reduction in aches and pains, alongside improvements in mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, core strength and mindfulness. It’s challenging, uplifting, and incredibly rewarding to teach—and even more rewarding to see the benefits you’re experiencing.
We’ve also shared some truly special moments together outside of class.
A group of us headed to FitJam in January, sampling lots of different classes and enjoying a brilliant day out. I’m delighted that an even bigger group is heading down next month for more fun and shenanigans!
Our evening out in February was another highlight—so lovely to see friendships forming beyond the studio and genuine bonds growing.
One of the proudest moments of the year was raising £1,200 for Breast Cancer Now at our afternoon tea. The generosity was incredible, from the wonderful cakes and bakes to the donated gifts for the tombola.
Our Christmas party was also a huge success—The Traitors combined with a pub quiz! Hayley was absolutely outstanding as Claudia (her drama training was very evident!). We had some very convincing traitors… at least until the wine kicked in. 🍷 There have already been several requests to recreate this later in the year! Together we raised £200, with the winning faithful Marie choosing Rainbow Trust as the charity.
We’ve also enjoyed a couple of daytime afternoon teas, which are always such a joy—simple, relaxed, and full of laughter.
It’s been fantastic to celebrate so many milestone achievements, with some of you reaching 100, 150, and even 200 classes since the business relaunched two years ago. Even more amazingly, some of you have been attending my classes for 15 years—that truly means the world to me.
I was also deeply touched to be nominated for two awards this year and to become a finalist for both Let’s Get Moving Melton and Melton BID. Thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate me—this support helps raise the profile of the business and what we stand for.
What continues to delight me most is the mental and physical impact these classes have. During Mental Health Week, I invited you to note how you felt before and after class. The results were astonishing. Many arrived feeling tired, stressed, grumpy or overwhelmed—and left feeling calmer, happier, freer and energised. Movement, mindfulness, music and community truly work wonders for mind, body and soul.
I’m proud that 360 Fitness is now a Mental Health Friendly Club, with many of you completing awareness training so you can be a listening ear both within our community and in your wider lives.
We’re also collaborating with Chronically Melton to provide additional support for people with disabilities, long-term conditions, or those who may need extra moral support or companionship in class. Fitness should be for everybody and every body, and inclusivity remains at the heart of what I do.
Adore Your Pelvic Floor has been another huge success, with many women seeing significant improvements in a short space of time. Pelvic health knowledge is empowering, preventative, and essential throughout life.
Behind the scenes, I’ve continued developing my skills with additional qualifications, including Advanced Functional Pelvic Health, Menopause Coaching, and new certifications in Assassin and Clubbercise, both launching in January. I’ve also been working towards a Diploma in Sound Therapy, which will be added to monthly R&R Friday night specials.
Some classes trialled this year have thrived, while others need a rethink—but I’ll continue to adapt the timetable so there’s something for everyone.
Looking ahead to 2026, I plan to make more use of my video library. Filming doesn’t come naturally to me, but it’s important so I can offer more variety and accessible on-demand content.
I’m also thrilled to have secured three incredible artists for retreat days later in the year. These will include movement, nature walks (I’m Forest School certified), breathwork, sound therapy, gentle stretching, meditation, and art therapy—such as glass fusing, watercolour painting, and floral crown making. Watch this space.
Classes resume Monday 5th January. Thank you to those who have already booked—some of you are booked right through to the end of February, which is amazing! A small number of classes are cancelled due to school events, but I hope you’ll be able to attend an alternative session during those weeks.
As you return, especially if it’s been a while, please take things gently and build up gradually.
If you’re new to 360 Fitness, welcome to the community. You’ll find everyone friendly, supportive, and welcoming—please don’t hesitate to ask questions. We’re a relaxed and easy-going bunch.
Finally, thank you for supporting me and my small business. Running a business alone can be challenging at times, and your continued trust, bookings, and encouragement mean more than you know.
As we move into 2026, I wish you all good health, happiness, and continued joy in movement.
With love,
Laura 💛
