So I had a vision of expanding the business: More classes, discount options, ability to offer packages, memberships, event series, coaching appointments, more choice of day to attend, on demand content, Zoom integration, scheduling softwear, automated emails.......A lot of tech! I needed a web-host that would provide everything I needed. Offering Tree came highly recommended as a platform and having done a lot of research this is the company I have opted for.

I'm not going to lie. This build has been a bit of a headache....the process might have gone smoother had I watched the instructional videos first but I'm one of those people who tends to learn by 'doing' rather than watching and listening - That's my excuse and I'm sticking with it! Eventually and after some considerable distraction from some very stressful events in my home life its finally done. I felt sick launching it. What if it failed? What if I have spent the last two years building a business for it to die with the new website ....nothing like an ADHD brain and high functioning anxiety to pull up the very worst of what could happen!

So Day 1 - A fair few people have bought Mix & Match passes or RockBox passes and some people have already figured how to redeem their credits and book their space in January - Amazing!

A few people have booked and realised they've booked the wrong classes - oooops. As a result of spending time trying to figure out how to refund credits - and not remembering what I did 5 minutes previously as my brain is mush - I have opted to adjust the cancellation policy so that folks have 48 hours prior to that class to cancel. This way its easier for your guys to modify your bookings and gives you some leeway on cancelling your class. I cannot go any less that 48 hours as I'm very unlikely to refill that space with less than two days notice.
