No experience is necessary just a willingness to explore a new way to move your body and mind.
This is a barefoot class. No equipment required. Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Bring water.
This is a very specialist class. This program is innovative and completely brand new.
In order to get the most from this class it is suggested to attend the 4 week block.
Limited pay as you go spaces are available and can be used as a taster or as a drop in if you are unable to commit to the whole block.
The course/PAYG is non-refundable and missed sessions are not transferable to other sessions.
