Pilates Vibe with Chrissy

Inspired by Pilates, this low-impact aerobic class focuses on posture, stability and core strength. You’ll be guided to connect mind, core and muscles, moving with purpose and control.

The class is fully choreographed to uplifting music, helping you improve fitness, coordination and confidence using the power of the music — and YOU.

This is a mat-based class and includes exercises in standing, kneeling, seated and lying positions. Suitable for all abilities, with options offered throughout.

Please bring your own mat.
A limited number of mats are available to borrow but must be booked in advance.
