Pilates Vibe with Chrissy

Inspired by Pilates this class is a low impact aerobic workout that focuses on posture, stability and core strength. Connect your mind to your core and muscles. The class is choreographed to uplifting music. Improve your fitness using the power of the MUSIC and YOU.

This is a mat based class and will involve exercises in standing, kneeling, seated and laying down. The class is suitable for all.

Please bring your own mat. mats can be borrowed but must be booked in advance
