Cancellation & Booking Policy
As a self-employed business, I do not receive sick pay, holiday pay, or pension contributions. This policy is in place to protect the sustainability of the business and ensure fairness to all clients.
PACKAGE BOOKINGS
Sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance via your booking account.
A credit will be returned to your package.
Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of reason.
PAY-AS-YOU-GO (PAYG)
You must contact me at least 48 hours before the class to cancel.
Your payment will be refunded to your original card.
Less than 48 hours notice, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of reason.

Seats may be reserved in advance via the diary and paid in cash on the day.
A 48-hour cancellation policy still applies to all reserved places.
For non-attendance without notice payment must be made on the next class attended.
PACKAGE EXPIRY
Credits expire after the stated period from first use (not purchase date).
Expiry dates will not be extended for any reason, including instructor annual leave, sickness, or bank holidays.
A wide timetable (approximately 15 classes weekly, morning and evening, Monday–Friday) is available to help you use your credits.
Some special classes may also be booked using package credits.
Credits may be gifted to friends or family.
You can check balances and expiry dates via your dashboard, and reminder emails are sent.
If you struggle to use credits regularly, PAYG may be a better option.
Packages will not be refunded regardless of reason.

360 Fitness, Health & Wellbeing cannot refund, exchange, transfer bookings, or extend expiry dates unless a class or event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly changed by us.
