Cancellation Policy


Cancellation & Booking Policy

As a self-employed business, I do not receive sick pay, holiday pay, or pension contributions. This policy is in place to protect the sustainability of the business and ensure fairness to all clients.

PACKAGE BOOKINGS

  • Sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance via your booking account.

  • A credit will be returned to your package.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of reason.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO (PAYG)

  • You must contact me at least 48 hours before the class to cancel.

  • Your payment will be refunded to your original card.

  • Less than 48 hours notice, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of reason.

SPECIAL EVENTS

  • All special events are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of reason.

ADORE YOUR PELVIC FLOOR COURSES

  • Course bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of reason.

TRANSFERRING YOUR SPACE

  • If you cannot attend a class you may gift or sell your space to a friend or family member.

  • Please inform me in advance so I can update attendance records.

CHAIR CLASSES

  • Seats may be reserved in advance via the diary and paid in cash on the day.

  • A 48-hour cancellation policy still applies to all reserved places.

  • For non-attendance without notice payment must be made on the next class attended.

PACKAGE EXPIRY

  • Credits expire after the stated period from first use (not purchase date).

  • Expiry dates will not be extended for any reason, including instructor annual leave, sickness, or bank holidays.

  • A wide timetable (approximately 15 classes weekly, morning and evening, Monday–Friday) is available to help you use your credits.

  • Some special classes may also be booked using package credits.

  • Credits may be gifted to friends or family.

  • You can check balances and expiry dates via your dashboard, and reminder emails are sent.

  • If you struggle to use credits regularly, PAYG may be a better option.

  • Packages will not be refunded regardless of reason.

Cancellation Policy Summary.

360 Fitness, Health & Wellbeing cannot refund, exchange, transfer bookings, or extend expiry dates unless a class or event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly changed by us.
