Frequently asked questions

As a working parent myself, I understand how challenging it can be to find time just for you. Where possible, and with prior arrangement, well-behaved children are welcome to sit quietly at the side of the room during the following classes: Assassin, Clubbercise, L1FT and Rockbox.

Please note that these are adult classes and may include adult humour. For many attendees, this time is their only break from their own children, so we ask everyone to be mindful of this.

To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment:

  • Parents must remain with their child at the side or back of the room

  • Children must not take part in the class for safety reasons

  • Children should remain seated and not walk around or disturb others

If a child becomes disruptive, you may be politely asked to step out of the class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Being self employed is tough. I get no sick pay, holiday pay or pension. In order to protect my business and livelihood I have had to implement a strict cancellation policy.

PACKAGE DEALS: You may cancel your own sessions up to 48 hours in advance. A credit will be refunded. After this time there are no refunds or transfers to another session regardless of reason.

PAYG. You must contact me to cancel your space at least 48 hours prior to the class. Your money will be refunded back to your card. After this time there are no refunds or transfers to another session regardless of reason.

Special events are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event regardless of reason.

Kinisi Flow classes are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of reason.

Adore Your Pelvic Floor courses are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of reason.

With any of the classes you may sell or gift your space to a family member or friend if you cannot make the session. Please contact me first.

Package credits will not be extended past the expiry date regardless of instructor annual leave, sickness or bank holidays. There is a generous expiry date from date of first use not date of purchase and 14 classes on the timetable to choose from that run daily Monday-Friday morning and evening. Please ensure you use your credits. Credits can be gifted to friends and family. Head to the user dashboard to check credits and expiries. You also receive an email reminder to use your credits. If you struggle to use credits opt to PAYG.

To clarify :- 360 Fitness, Health & Wellbeing cannot cancel, refund, exchange or transfer bookings or extend expiries for classes or events, regardless of reason, unless the event has been cancelled, postponed or event details have been significantly changed by us.

Time is very limited before and after class and taking payment hinders start times.

Ideally you will book at least 24 hours in advance via the booking page. Additionally the classes have limited spaces and limited equipment so I have to cap all of the classes. If you are booking last minute please check that the class is not full on your booking page.

Chair classes can be paid for on the day for those who don't use the internet.

Payment can also be made by BACS

Comfortable sports clothing. Light layers are recommended. Wear yoga socks or go barefoot for Purestretch, Kinisi Flow, R&R and Pilates. Cross trainers should be worn for RockBox, Clubbercise, Fit4Life and AsSASSin.

We prefer you to bring your own yoga mat* but we supply all of your equipment required for your class. This includes; blocks, straps, resistance bands, weights, balls. Drumsticks and half mats are provided for Rockbox.

*We do have mats to borrow for but they need to be reserved in advance.

Anyone of any age can attend the chair class. It designed for people who struggle to kneel or have weak wrists. It is very useful for people who are new or returning to exercise.

In fact Laura is happy for you to attend any of her classes and use a chair for all or part of the session. Please ask.

Absolutely! The totally inflexible:- my specialty! The goal is to improve the mobility and flexibility that you have. You do not have to be able to touch your toes!

Our classes are judgement free and pressure free. There is no such thing as 'going wrong' we go freestyle. As long as you are moving safely. Just have fun! No one else care - I promise !

The classes are created to accomodate all levels of fitness, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Levels will be offered throughout the class. If you are struggling speak to your instructor.

Absolutely. We are recommended by several therapists. Please take instruction from your healthcare provider and work to your own limits. Tell the instructor if you have specific requirements. We have a range of equipment to support and help. Classes that are suitable are Purestretch, Relax & Recover and Kinisi Flow

All our classes class are suitable for unfit people. Take your own pace. You do not have to do any impact. Instead of running on the spot you can march. Instead of jumping you can squat. Take as many breaks as you need. You will be offered lots of levels throughout.

You can pay this way. You will be registered and still get a conformation email. cancellation policies still apply. Please email me.
