👻 What is Family Clubbercise?

Bring the whole family together for a fun, feel-good fitness experience that doesn’t feel like exercise!

Family Clubbercise combines easy-to-follow dance moves with upbeat music, disco lights and glow sticks to create a high-energy workout that feels more like a party than a class.

There’s no pressure to get the moves perfect — simply move at your own pace, enjoy the music and soak up the atmosphere. It’s a brilliant way to improve fitness, coordination and mood while creating some fun family memories.

Expect a welcoming, inclusive and judgement-free environment, whether you’ve got two left feet or absolutely love to dance! 💃🕺

🎃 Halloween Details

£7 per person – adults and children.

Ages 7–13. Please contact me before booking if you have a younger child.

• SAFEGUARDING

• Children must be accompanied by at least one adult

• Maximum 4 children per adult

• No lone adults

• No spectators – everyone attending must be participating

• Booking is essential – no walk-ins

• Please wear appropriate sports clothing and sports trainers

• A few pairs of glow sticks are available to borrow.

• Only official clubbercise glowsticks may be used for safety and licensing reasons.

• Official Clubbercise glow sticks can also be purchased online or with cash in class.
