"You can’t run effectively on an empty charger." 🔋
As a fitness professional, I’m trained to push limits—but when supporting women in perimenopause, I must also become an advocate for recovery and balance.
💥 Fatigue during this phase isn’t “just tiredness.” It’s often bone-deep exhaustion that impacts mood, focus, and overall well-being—hitting hardest when women are juggling everything: careers, caregiving, and life.
The result? Burnout—physically and emotionally.
💡 This is where I come in.
Movement still matters: just 30 minutes a day can lower cortisol, lift mood, and restore a sense of control. Come to a class and surround yourself with people who know and understand what you are going through.
But here’s the key: Recovery is not optional—it’s essential.
I also encourage you to:
✨ Prioritise sleep (7–9 hours a night)
🧘♀️ Embrace yoga and breathing techniques
🧠 Practice mindfulness for mental resilience
🛁 Build daily rituals for calm and restoration
➡️ YOU can’t perform—physically or mentally—if you’re running on empty!
As a certified @menopausemovement coach, I’m trained in evidence-based menopause health, fitness, and wellness—so I can show up with the knowledge my clients truly need. 💫
