We believe in providing inclusive fitness classes and coaching  for all ages and abilities where each person is valued as a unique individual and where everyone is made to feel supported and welcome.  We empower our participants by providing excellent teaching so that each person feels a sense of achievement.  With are truthful with our knowledge and strive to enhance our personal development through continuing education.

Inclusive: we aim provide classes for anyone that needs us. If we are unable to accommodate you will will endeavour to find you a better fit.

Integrity - we are honest and responsible with our teaching. If we do not have the knowledge we will always refer to a specialist.

Respect:- we value each participant for who they are. Clients are always treated with unconditional positive regard.

Empowering - We want out participants to feel a sense of achievement. We teach who is in the room and tailor each class accordingly.

Supportive: We are stronger together. Our instructors and participants provide a welcoming and non-cliquey atmosphere.

Laura Moulds - Owner and Founder


Hello! I'm Laura and the owner and founder of 360 Fitness, Health and Wellbeing. I teach Purestretch, Rockbox, AsSASSin, Clubbercise, Fit4Life, Relax & Recoverand and Adore Your Pelvic Floor. I have been teaching and coaching people for over 25 years.

I fell in love with group fitness 16 years ago. After having my children I was unfit and 4 stone overweight. I tentatively went to a Les Mills Body Combat class and loved it! A year later I was 3 stone lighter and a qualified fitness instructor teaching the classes I loved. Since then I have taught many thousands of people in thousands of classes including Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat, HIIT and Core. I love seeing the positive impact fitness classes have on people lives. My aim is to deliver outstanding teaching and coaching in each and every class. I pride myself in offering classes that are fun, friendly, inclusive and achievable for all.

I have an extensive qualification in teaching and coaching. I trained to Post Graduate level as an Animal Behaviour Therapist and have worked with many hundreds of families and their pets. I am a qualified Exercise to Music Instructor, Level 4 Teacher specialising in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, Senior Fitness Specialist and Chair Fitness Instructor.

I am continuously updating my knowledge and have recently completed an advanced qualification in Functional Pelvic Floor. I am currently completing qualifications in Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise and Sound Therapy. I am a member of of the UKs leading fitness organisations including: CIMSPA, FITPRO and EMD that provide continuing education for fitness professionals.

I hold certificates in Mental Health First Aid and Counselling Skills and is a champion for Mental Health Friendly Clubs.

I am proud to be recognised as an ‘Active Champion’ for Leicestershire and Rutland County Council - Active Together - Let’s Get Moving campaigns.

I was also a finalist for Let’s Get Moving Awards 2024 and a finalist in the Melton BID Business Awards 2025.

Chrissy Edwards - Guest Instructor


Chrissy is your 'Pilates Vibe' Fitness Instructor. She has been teaching in the fitness industry for 10 years. Since 2016 working at Ragdale Hall as a full-time Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Chrissy has specialist qualifications in 'Fitness for Older Adults' and 'Exercise to Music' and teaches many different styles of classes at Ragdale. Chrissy has a wide range of experience teaching people of all abilities, ages and fitness levels. She has been teaching community fitness classes since 2017 including; Zumba, Pilates and Legs/Bums/Tums. Chrissy prides herself in delivering exercise to improve people's mental and physical wellbeing and runs classes that are welcoming, supportive and fun.
