Lengthen and and strengthen your whole body, improve your posture and flexibility in this class that incorporates aspects of Yoga and Pilates - with a bit of fun thrown in! The class involves mobility and stretch routines alongside functional core strengthening and pelvic floor exercises for a full body, balanced workout. Breathwork and relaxation techniques are also included for improved physical and mental wellbeing. Various equipment is used to keep the classes varied and interesting. Delivered by a certified flexibility and pelvic floor coach this fun and friendly class will stretch your whole body and your smile!

Suitable for all fitness levels. Options available. Equipment available for sore wrists and knees. Chairs can be used for those who prefer not to do all of the floor work.
