Wellness activities within the workplace are are known to improve staff mental and physical well being including bolstering positive relationships with colleagues and boosting productivity. Wellness activities are also a great way of breaking up a conference day when you are sat for long periods of time and prevents the afternoon slump.
I have worked alongside many agencies including schools, councils and private companies to deliver well being sessions to staff. I have over 25 years coaching and teaching experience and is a qualified teacher (CET +14), mental health first aider and counselling skills trained.
The session are fully inclusive, lighthearted and fun and can be tailored to suit your needs. All of the sessions are mixed ability and can be adapted to suit who is in the room. The classes are easy to follow. All equipment is provided (dependent on numbers).
You can choose to run a single class style or you can mix and match between two or three styles of classes depending on your needs and the available time.
I can offer and mix and match of all the classes on the timetable including:- RockBox, AsSASSin, Clubbercise, Purestretch, Chair Fitness, Relax & Recover and Kinisi Flow.
I can also offer specific information talks on Pelvic Floor Health and Menopause .
You may prefer a truly relaxing experience that incorporates mindfulness, gentle stretch, aromatherapy, soundbath healing and breath work.
