I believe her classes help me to keep moving. I love the fact that Laura isn’t a 'Size 0.' Laura has a larger than life personality, she is honest, she suggests ways for you to improve or adapt a stretch. I amazed at just how stretchy she is!"

Relax & Recover - Wonderful break from reality, I feel significantly less angry with the world after sessions. Really adaptable stretches, with a lovely guided meditation at the end."

"Rockbox, has literally changed my view on exercise. Having built some strength via Purestrech and Beat, I was ready to take the plunge to try Rockbox. Couldn’t believe what I’d been missing, it’s brilliant. Amazing music, so much fun, can work at your own pace level, really friendly class atmosphere. I used to shy away from classes because of the clicks. There’s no such thing in Laura’s classes, so inclusive! Have found I have in got so much stronger and fitter by attending and I am so pleased I took the plunge, it’s my reset and me time in the week and has made a massive difference to my mental and physical health! Thank you Laura!! "

"I started purestretch with Laura after the Oestopath suggested I try and build some strength in my core and back. Was spending a lot on oesto treatments! So figured was worth a go. Class was amazing, Laura helped me to adjust the exercises for me and I haven’t needed to the Oestopath as frequently in fact I would say probably only need to go three times a year now, compared to three times a month!"

"I love Rock music and I love dancing and drumming along. To find an exercise class that combines good music with fun moves and an amazing instructor, I feel like I've struck gold! Laura is a fantastic instructor- funny, sooo knowledgeable and approachable. The class is a friendly, fun class with no-one taking themselves too seriously and I've even made a couple of friends. I can't rate Laura and Rockbox highly enough! It's the only exercise class I look forward to each week and I smile all the class through (sometimes through a grimace when I'm pushing myself!). It's a mixed ability class and Laura always gives options so you can go as gently or as hard as you wish! She's also been great when I've been injured lately- she knows exactly what I need and what I need to avoid"

"I’ve attended Laura’s Purestretch class for at least 3 years. I love the varied stretch routines and strengthening exercises and this helps me keep mobile, flexible and strong as I get older. Laura always gives options for the exercises so they are suitable for all abilities. It’s a lighthearted sociable class, with Laura always making us laugh. I only miss a session when I have to! "

I've been attending Purestretch for 2 years now and it has been brilliant in helping me manage my condition, it's so important for me to keep moving and stay flexible and Stretch really helps with this which keeps me coming back every week. Not to mention how fun and friendly the class is and great for mindfulness too. "

"Absolutely love Laura's Rock Box class! Not being a very confident person who struggles with anxiety and not much of a people person, joining a class was scary. Laura is very welcoming, as are the other class members, and turning up every week gets easier and easier. Having 3 children and working full time is very stressful but I look forward to Rock Box to let all that stress and anxiety out and the music is brilliant, right up my street! Due to child care, over the last few weeks my 8 year old daughter has been coming along, but she ended up joining in and absolutely loves it! I love that she can see fitness as something fun and we can do it together...strong girls! Rock Box is becoming a happy place for us both 😁 Thank you Laura 🤘"

"I have never been good at sticking to exercise classes/gym etc. But I love rock music so thought i would give RockBox a go, I’m so pleased I did as I really enjoy it and I feel so much better in myself afterwards. I have COPD so I was a bit concerned I wouldn’t be able to do the class but I managed and no pressure to over do it. Friendly group of people and Laura is fab, so I would recommend giving it a go. x "
