Laura is a highly experienced, insured and qualified fitness coach with over 15 years industry experience. Laura has a is a qualified teacher (Level 4 CET) specialising in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and aims to deliver outstanding coaching in each and every class. Laura is a member of of the UKs leading fitness organisations including: CIMSPA, FITPRO and EMD that provide continuing education for fitness professionals.
Laura holds certificates in Mental Health First Aid and Counselling Skills and is a champion for Mental Health Friendly Clubs. Laura is also an ‘Active Champion’ for Leicestershire and Rutland County Council - Active Together - Let’s Get Moving campaigns

I am really unfit. I like the look of RockBox. Will it will be too much for a beginner.
This class is totally suitable for unfit people. You do not have to do any impact. Instead of running on the spot you can march. Instead of jumping you can squat. Take as many breaks as you need. You will be offered lots of levels throughout.
I have been told I need to stretch more by my physiotherapist. Are these classes suitable?
Absolutely. We are recommended by several therapists. Please take instruction from your healthcare provider and work to your own limits. Tell the instructor if you have specific requirements. We have a range of equipment to support and help.
I am a total beginner - are the classes suitable?
The classes are created to accomodate all levels of fitness, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Levels will be offered throughout the class. If you are struggling speak to your instructor.
My flexibility is awful. Can I still attend?
Absolutely! The totally inflexible:- my specialty! The goal is to get you more mobile with fewer aches and pains. You do not have to be able to touch your toes!
Is the chair class just for seniors?
No. Anyone of any age can attend the chair class. It designed for people who struggle to kneel or have weak wrists. It is very useful for people who are new or returning to exercise.
What equipment do you provide?
We supply all your equipment required for your class. This includes; blocks,straps, resistance bands, weights, balls. Drumsticks and half mats are provided for Rockbox.
We do have mats to borrow for Pilates and stretch but they need to be reserved in advance. Ideally you will bring your own mat.
Equipment may be purchased for home practice.
What should I wear?
Comfortable sports clothing. Light layers are reccommended. Wear yoga socks or go barefoot for Purestretch and Pilates. Good cross trainers should be worn for RockBox.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
You will need to bring a yoga mat for Purestretch and Pilates. We do have spares but these must be reserved in advance.
Half sized mats are available for the core and cooldown sections in Rockbox.
You should always bring a bottle of water.
You may like to bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end of Purestretch.
Can I just turn up on the day?
No.The classes have limited spaces so must be booked and paid for in advance.
I can't make the class. Can I get a refund or transfer to next week?

In order to protect my business and livelihood the following changes have been made to the cancellation policy.
If you have a package you may cancel your own sessions 48 hours in advance. A credit will be refunded. After this time there are no refunds or transfers to another session regardless of reason.
If you are PAYG you must contact me to cancel your space at least 48 hours prior to the class. Your money will be refunded back to your card. After this time there are no refunds or transfers to another session regardless of reason.
Special events (candlelight specials ) and event series (Kinisi / AYPF)are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event regardless of reason.
You may sell or gift your space to a family member or friend if you cannot make the session. Please contact me first.
Package credits will no longer be extended past the expiry date. There is a generous expiry date and plenty of classes on the timetable to choose from that run daily Monday-Friday. Please ensure you use your credits.

If you struggle to use credits opt to PAYG.
To clarify :- 360 Fitness, Health & Wellbeing cannot cancel, refund, exchange or transfer bookings or extend expiries for classes or events, regardless of reason, unless the event has been cancelled, postponed or event details have been significantly changed by us.
